Almost done Have to remake the cabinets in the back and install the floor turned out realy nice Installed a ski pylon that is removable for the kids to do some tubing easily removable for dad to do some fishing

follow up important information and pictures since we only do a few of these each winter and can not do all of them that guys want done I encourage the guys that have the ability to do this kind of work for them self follow up from this post www.glanglerforum.com/forum/showthread.php?18743-Lund-transom-replacementrecently a couple guy have tried and during the process of making the transom while curing the transom board have warped on them bad enough they could not get them into the boats though I should follow up with some pictures of the actual gluing process we use that eliminates this potential problem also we use west system epoxy sealer adhesive tends to warp less than fiberglass resign never use any woods treated with copper oxide (green wood) the copper oxide with react with the aluminum hull and rot holes in it FAST often marine plywood decking is treated with copper oxide
