Our average customer that spends 10,000.00 or more of their hard earned dollars with calumet marine Travels 450 miles
Why?
I am not really sure I hope it is good service and good products We work hard to earn peoples business We don not have aspiration of being the biggest just the best we can be I am asked this question quite often and don't really know the answer
I thought I would put this post up and ask our customers to post

we spent a lot and didn't travel 50 miles, although I noticed at fishing shows your shop is recommended for garmin products along with salmon rigging when asking various vendors both in illinois, and michigan fishing shows.

In no particular order------
1. Knowledge of product and quality 2. Best accessory installation 3. Can sell you new, or a serious retrofit of your old boat, whatever package that fits your pocketbook 4. The best free advise. 5. A family operation where you see the same faces every season.

I see I am a little late on this. However, I will inform you why. 1. You were the only one who sold Hewescraft in this area: 200 miles from my home. Why I stick with you for sales, repairs, and advice. Integrity. You are honest and knowledgeable. You keep your word 2.You are always willing to help. 3.You are willing to go out of your way to solve and assist with problems. 4.You are fair. You do not rip us off. 5.There is consistency in who works there. Frank is always there. 6.You have a sense of humor despite the issue. Bob

Integrity, Honesty, Installation, Service, Service, Service Do business with the owners, nice family. Closest Hewes dealer, but w/o above we would have went elsewhere.

our mission statement is pretty simple
< treat people the way we would like to be treated < keep our promises when ever possible < quality before quantity
we don't have aspirations of being big or rich just want to have fun making a decent living doing what we love the most > showing people how to have fun on the water with quality dependable products
